What kind of turnaround time can be expected?
Generally, turnaround time is 2-3 days plus shipping time. Nonetheless, the waiting time can vary depending on the amount of time your project requires. Please contact us for a turnaround estimate.

How loud should the mix be?
Peaks in the area of -4 dB are ideal. Most mixing engineers will shoot for this range, which allows the mastering engineer some headroom and avoids distortion.

Can I submit my album over the internet?
Yes, you are welcome to use any FTP tool to upload your songs to our server. Contact us for instructions.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We generally accept payment through Paypal. It is a safe, simple and fast way to send and receive payments online. If you have not used Paypal before, you can sign up at www.paypal.com. We are also glad to accept personal checks, money orders and cashier’s checks.
